Modern Estonian cuisine

Team cooking and a four-course dinner

If we think of Estonian cuisine, first is our sauerkraut, roast pork, blood sausage and kama, aka, the roasted meal. Often we underestimate the diversity of domestic cuisine and the opportunities for our cuisine in modern culinary dishes. During the course, we will think together, and we will look for new outlets for "the good old” Estonian food. We will prepare a four-course gourmet dinner from local raw materials while respecting old ones and introducing new preparation techniques. The course lasts 4 hours.
